This is the best place to rent self-storage. The manager, Jan, really takes care of his customers and he keeps the property in the best shape. The units are very clean. The doors work well, Lots of room between the buildings makes it easy to get to your unit. Nothing but praise for this business!
I cannot say enough nice things about this place! I have used many storage facilities over the years and this is BY FAR the cleanest and nicest I've seen. The aisles are huge allowing me to back right up to my unit. They provide a lock for you--small pleasures! And their price beat the one I left by 20%. I will be saving almost $600 a year between this and the fact that they don't force me to buy insurance when my stuff is otherwise covered. The best part is the management. This couple is so sweet and they take great pride in the quality of their service and the property; they also live on site. If you are looking for a great place to keep your belongings in the Boerne/Fair Oaks Ranch area, this is the place!
This facility is First Class, has all the amenities of the others, cameras etc. The plus is the wide isles and the ability to park right in front of your unit. The property is always clean and orderly. The managers are super friendly, Sandy in particular. (They live there too). Access is unlimited, very convenient.
