Don't Use them. They have an integrity problem.

It's really disappointing that USAA sent this roofer out to give a quote, then they are not responding to our calls and repeated requests for a quote. We realize that USAA is not going to pay for the new roof, but since they were sent by USAA we figured they would live up to their name and do a "quality" job. We can't even get them to send a quote, let along find out if they do a quality job. We are going to contact USAA because they should not be representing them as an approved vendor.

They installed original roof when house built. Need some help now on minor repairs but no go. No call backs. Apparently they've gotten too big !!

2-3 years ago, through my insurance company Nationwide, I had Quality Roofing replace my roof with a standing seam metal roof. The roof looks great but they had to remove or replace some hardiplank siding. Their carpenter made crooked & sloppy cuts and now all anyone notices is that instead of the nice roof. The paint on the new pieces doesn't match the existing paint either. If I recall, they offered to send the same guy back to fix it but I declined.

This review has to do with the company's integrity. The roofing company was driving on the road and a piece of roofing material came out to the truck (Truck14 License Plate BWO4874) and hit my car. It scratched the clear coat of my new car and left caulking or some type of liquid material along the side of the car. We called the company the receptionist "said they could not hear us" and hung up. We called back and had to leave a voicemail. We called again later that day and again the following day and the next. After a week I finally got through to someone (I used a different phone so maybe they didn't recognize the number). The receptionist said I would have to talk to their HR manager who handled the insurance. I let her know it was important she calls me back as I have been attempting to contact someone for a week and no one has returned my calls. When the HR manager called me back she said she had referred the claim to her insurance agent Christian Lewis from Travelers Insurance. I let he know I had already talked to a body shop because it had taken so long for them to get back and it can probably just be buffed out. She insisted it go through the insurance. A few minutes after getting of the phone with the Roofing company's HR Manager, Christian Lewis from Travelers Insurance calls.

Today I received a letter from Quality Roofing's insurance agent stating the roofing company is not legally liable due to information presented.

Christian Lewis starts off the conversation like an attorney trying to make a case. She begins to tell me she asks questions that are not relevant like what exactly flew out of the car. I reminded her it happened on the freeway so of course I can't give exact details of the roofing material. She tells me that she reviewed the messages I left the roofing company and my story changed. She tells me once I called it roofing material and later called it debris. I reminded her that it's the same thing. Bottom line something came out of the truck maybe it was a roofing shingle. She then goes to tell me that the driver accounted for all the roofing shingles in their truck. I laughed and explained how ridiculous that is. Roofers do not count the shingles they put in and out of their truck. I let her know that might work for most but I happen to be a roofers son and know how the industry works. She then said to send a picture of the car and she would send an adjuster out. I haven't heard anything for 3 weeks and figured they were just going to blow it off so I had the scratches buffed out.

Hats off to Quality Roofing

Amazing! Quality Roofing installed a roof due to hail damage in 2000. I am selling my house and during the inspection they noted that nails and roof jacks should be sealed. This was not the standard back then and I have never had a roof leak. Well, Alex the supervisor sent a worker out to seal the nails and roof jacks within a day and charged me 0. can't ask for better customer service than that!!
