This keeps getting better and better. I filled out the form for auto draft. The form states "checking/Savings". They call and tell me that because blah blah blah, they can't draw it out of savings. REALLY, then change the form and remove the savings part. Government bureaucracy at it's finest.
I'm trying to switch the service from my father in law over to my name and move it to another apartment.. They have already been drawing the payment from my account. My name is on the lease, but they refuse to waive the deposit. I can see if I was just moving to the area, but I've been here for almost 2 years now and again, they are ALREADY drawing the payment from my account. Regardless, of their rules, the attitude and rudeness from the lady I was trying to state my case with was totally uncacceptable.
Maria and Jennifer need to learn customer service. You do not treat customers like they are crap! Sad that we have people like you serving our community in Boerne. Maybe City of Boerne Utilities should teach these ladies RESPECT when it comes to customer service.
Boerne utilities is the most uncaring bunch ...tried to see if we could extend our payment by just a few hours before the deadline due our paycheck wouldn't be available until the late afternoon and the response was no....the lady talking to us was very rude and said go get a loan!!! I was shocked that she said that!! We never have not paid our bill and this was shocking that they treat their customers that way!! They are heartless!! You don't tell people to go get a loan!!!! We told them we were just shocked she would say that when we were trying to do our best. Then girl said she didn't say go get a loan....she said conversation was being recorded and we said good because the recording proved it! I was so upset I was shaking. Boerne needs mores option to choose from for our utilities! They are greedy and they treat customers like idiots!!
A transformer blew right behind our house and we lost power immediately. I called to report the incident and they responded immediately! Thank you for the quick response and fix! We really appreciate our city workers!!
