Horrible experience. I will drive to Leon Springs to our True Green where not only can I expect quality, professional dry cleaning, but also impeccable customer service! I dropped four Robert Graham dress shirts off and asked that they be hand finished. I picked them up and they had been machine pressed, they looked horrible. The girl said she didn't think they were that bad, she had seen worse. She offered to redo them, but she couldn't have them the same day. I needed them that day, so I asked for a refund, and I would go to our usual place. She didn't have authorization to refund $10, so I would have to leave the shirts for the owner to look at them and decide about the refund. That inconvenienced me as my usual cleaners was along my route to my 11am appointment. So, I'm out ten bucks there, and True Green's cost was $15, and they could have them back the same day, and professionally hand finished. I won't be back, who needs the hassle?
