I'd give negative ratings if I could. This place sucks and continually doesn't do anything to help my sick sister. We always wait about an hour for them to hook her up to an IV and for her to get pain meds, even though she's crying and shaking due to the pain. Go into San Antonio. It's worth it.
Wasn't allowed to the back with my unresponsive mother. Security was rude. It's worth the drive to go else where
They are very professional and nice to deal with. They will treat you very well and in such a short wait time too
This is a great facility, clean and well equipped. But it's the people that really make this a five star rating. I was taken in last night with breathing issues (I write this from my bed at Methodist Hospital in San Antonio). The entire staff, from the nurses, CT tech, doctor and everyone else were professional, knowledgeable, personable, patient, engaging and just good friendly people.
Younger staff over all but offer great next generation medicine.
Hope you never have need for emergengy services, but when you do this is where you need to go in the Boerne area.
