Poor Customer Service. I ordered two doors and requested they have bronze finish hardware on them. When the installer came to install the doors one of the doors was damaged and the one had gold hinges on it. I've been working with the service department for over two weeks to get this resolved. I've had to either go into the store or call them to find out what the status was. There has been no following up on their part. I'm still waiting to get this resolved.
Oh, and the store has an amazing plants and outdoor section. Check it out!
We had a dog with us. The store greeter had treats for the dog and had a lot of friendly discussion about dogs. Several employees asked if they could assist us. The checkout lady got me a discount and gave me a breakfast bar because I was feeling a bit hungry/dizzy. After I finished checking out she even gave me a hug! Wow! I've never seen a friendlier Home Depot!
Staff is always friendly and helpful. I just wish it was organized as well as Lowes. It harder to find stuff here compared to Lowes.
We came for four pallets of top soil and mulch . The Nursery center team are awesome!!! The guy with the cowboy hat Jack that assisted us with loading was the greatest ! He greeted everyone and was utilizing him self greatly in every area... cashier's we're great!! They were assisting every Customer and lacked employees but we're super helping everyone out. They are a great asset to this company. Love this location...From San Antonio
