Manager Robert was extremely rude. Sales person Linda was patient and polite and trying to correct an error. I reported the manager's behavior and the situation was address immediately. Nice to see that customer service is a priority.
Everything is kind of crammed in all over the place. You can barely pull anything off a rack to look at it because there's just no room. And the racks of clothing are jammed full and nearly impossible to look though for sizing without knocking things to the floor. Leaving out the shoddy presentation, the prices are RIDICULOUS. Thirty dollars for 4 plain white Hanes t-shirts? I am wondering how much longer they can stay in business.
The people who work at Bealls and Boerne are all wonderful and extremely helpful especially the little blonde . She is always so sweet and kind when I come in . Thank you for being so awesome:)
