They were very caring for my grand-daughter. They explained the procedure they were doing and the effects of laughing gas. They let me hold my grand-daughter's hand while they were doing the pricedure to let her know, I was there with her, to reassure her, she was not alone.
I have 3 girls and they all love this office! It's very welcoming and kid friendly! All of the staff is very nice and professional every time we go. We have had to reschedule a time or two and they are very understanding to work with me to get an appointment that works for all my children. Overall great and I would recommend to anyone who is looking for an office for their child to go to regularly.
We've been going here for 8 years now. I'll admit that a few years ago, I almost quit going from a rude receptionist. My kids have always been so comfortable here and I really liked Dr Baker. Now we see Dr. Stefan Lonescu and I really like him too. My son is special needs and I've got to be one of the hardest people to deal with- the staff (since the one incident) has always been extremely patient with me and my children. Dr. Lonescu takes his time and really seems to care. I've recommended Little Smiles before and will do it again. Thank you guys!
