The girl that works there is not helpful at all. I try to avoid her at all costs. Much better service with Hertz anywhere rather than Boerne. I do like Hertz though...just not this location.

No, Hertz is not perfect all the time, but the customer service is A+ even if they make a mistake. On one occasion I needed to return the rental by Thursday at 4:00pm I was very sick and could not drive to return the car. I returned it on Friday morning and they waived the late fee for me. In my book that deserves loyalty. I will rent from the again.
